             Requires only 20-30 minutes for the certified Golf Performance Specialist to analyze the golfer’s swing and identify any compensatory patterns.  Using the GoLo PowerScore our Specialists use ten select power effectors, which reveal power gaps and provide an objective measure to assess improvement in the Power Delivery System.

             The comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation reveals precisely the physical factors that can cause compromising swing positions, power gaps or inefficient moves, which can result in poor shots.  A chipping and putting screen is also performed.  This step includes an in-depth Golf Profile and a prescription to GOLF FITNESS SUCCESS!

             Based on the Golf Profile, a customized golf specific exercise and performance training program is created.  By applying the GoLo Train 2 Engrain principles, the on-plane movement patterns required to experience golf success become second nature, and the swing begins to change without having to think about it.  Technically correct swing principles are applied to every aspect of this unique exercise and performance training.
